Parish Registration

Welcome to Saint Monica! We're so glad you've decided to join our parish!

 To become a member of St. Monica Parish, please fill out a registration form and return it to the parish office. You may print a form below, pick one up in the Church Office (4408 S. Westnedge, Kalamazoo, MI 49008), or call and request we mail you a copy (269) 345-4389 x320.)

 Return the forms by mail, in person at the office, or through the regular Sunday offertory collection baskets at Mass. After we receive the registration, it will be entered into the computer and we will mail you your offering envelopes.
