Would you like to get more involved at St. Monica?
Since August of 2023, parish life at St. Monica has gotten a lot livelier! You may have enjoyed the parish picnic, winter dance or the Rescue Project. Or maybe you noticed the work we've done with the choir room and extra decorating around major feast days.
We hope to continue to run events like these in the future and find more ways to bring our whole community together. If you would like to help make this possible by sharing your time as a volunteer, check out the opportunities below. This page will be updated throughout the year as new events come up.

Help Needed!
Cooks/Bakers
Do you like cooking or baking for a crowd? Many events involve serving some refreshments, anywhere from light appetizers to a full meal. If you would like to be contacted when opportunities arise to donate or help prepare meals, fill out the form below! Feel free to indicate what you're interested in volunteering for (ex. desserts only, no weekdays, etc.).
Summer Picnic Planning Committee
Summer is coming up quickly and we will be planning our summer parish event! We're looking for some volunteers to help with planning and organizing.
Photographers
We would love to keep updated pictures on the parish website and document some of the fun events going on! If you have a gift for photography and would like to take photos of some events, let us know.
Librarians
The St. Monica library has been moved from the office to the choir room to increase accessibility. We're looking for a couple parishioners to help curate our collection, reshelve books on a weekly or semi-weekly basis, and check on overdue loans.
Priest Meals
We like to provide our Priests with a home cooked meal once a week! If you are interested in cooking for our Priests, sign up at the link here:

Gardeners
Some of our volunteers who helped maintain our flowerbeds in the past are no longer able to do so. We're looking for anyone willing to water, weed, plant, and keep our Church looking beautiful!
