The Saint Monica Parish Council serves as a consultative body to the pastor in the development of goals and objectives and in the assigning of priorities for the current and future spiritual needs of the parish. The Council provides a vehicle whereby the laity of the parish share with the pastor the responsibility for shaping and guiding the mission of the parish through open and constructive communication.

Pastoral Council members must be 18 years or older, a member of our parish, actively involved or willing to be actively involved in the parish and parish activities, and open to multiple ways of improving processes and parish culture. Please remember that the Pastoral Council is NOT a decision-making committee, but rather an advisory committee to the Pastor to provide feedback.
