Dear Parents,
Congratulations on the birth of your child, and thank you for choosing St. Monica for their Baptism. In asking to have your child baptized at St. Monica, you ask us to share in the responsibility of raising this child in the Catholic faith. Parents are the primary teachers of the faith. Your example and your values will be the most powerful lesson for your child. We are ready at the appropriate time to teach and administer the Sacraments of the Catholic Church and help your child to be well grounded in the essentials of the faith.
In Christ,
Fr. Homic
Pastor
We ordinarily schedule Baptisms on the second Sunday of each month following the 11:00 a.m. Mass. However, we will make every attempt to arrange for the sacrament when it is most convenient for you and your family.
Contact Anne Gibbs in the parish office to schedule a Baptism date.
